Battle Point Astronomical Association (BPAA) operates Battle Point Observatory on Bainbridge Island. Our mission is to ignite passion for science through the lens of astronomy by creating opportunities for curious minds of all ages to experience the wonders of the universe.

We have many areas where volunteers can support us. Anywhere from working directly with students as a mentor to writing thank you cards or helping make a meal. It takes a village and we love for everyone to be part of it.

We preserve and share the stories of Bainbridge Island to promote a greater understanding of our community and the world in which we live.

To preserve the history and culture of Japanese Americans of Bainbridge Island and support education and community outreach that fosters a deep appreciation for diversity, justice, and the need for vigilant protection of our civil and constitutional rights.

KiDiMu exists to ignite curiosity and foster a lifelong love of learning through hands-on, play-centered experiences.

IVC enriches our community by connecting volunteers with neighbors who are aging, living with disabilities, or facing challenges, with resources to support independent and fulfilling lives.
