West Sound PAWS

West Sound PAWS advocates, educates, and provides direct services to nurture the bond of companionship between pets and their people, for the health and well-being of both.

Whether you have a few hours a month or are looking for a meaningful long-term commitment, West Sound PAWS has a volunteer opportunity for you! We welcome animal lovers and community members of all backgrounds and skill sets.

Volunteers help socialize cats, feed and clean in our adoption centers, write grants, serve on our Board of Directors, support our pet food distribution to local food banks, and assist with fundraising events and committees. We provide hands-on training for volunteers working in our centers, so no prior shelter experience is necessary—just compassion and a willingness to learn.
